Mad World

Mad World by Gary Jules
Well I listened to Mad World on repeat for about 3 hours before coming up with the exact feeling of this song. The whole song moves a long at a dreary pace, and has very slurred notes and it just carries you away. The whole song just reminded me of this scene of a boy walking in the rain in the city, just alone, in the dark. The hands around the border spell out 'Mad World' in American Sign Language. I used the sign language because it is the language of the Deaf, and whenever I hear it, I never talk during it, as not to disrupt the mood of the song. Just a silly little thing that I did to incorperate some of my own personal feelings into my piece.
