I think you did very well with the cut out and blending in this manipulation. I think you've pieced 3 very good images that work well with each other (regarding lighting and concept).

If I was to say how to improve I'd perhaps have distorted the stairs reflection in the water a bit more. I'd perhaps also of liked to see a leaf floating on the water of fish or bubbles or just something a little bit different. But that's my personal thoughts.

Over all you did a fantastic piece. I like how the sky and the water colour work well together and contrasted by the middle section of stone and foliage and of cause the girl. I think because of this it's very pleasing on the eye.
